The first land plot in the Xi'an High-tech Zone worth ten thousand yuan was sold, with Zuo Yi Real Estate winning the bid for approximately 1.323 billion yuan.
On May 19th, Xi'an High-tech Zone in Shaanxi Province successfully announced the transaction of a residential land parcel of approximately 72.126 acres in the Silk Road Software City. The transaction price per square meter reached 11,006 yuan, making it the first "million-yuan land parcel" in the High-tech Zone in 2025. The land was acquired by Shaanxi Zhuoyi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. for a total price of 132.3 million yuan, at a unit price of 1.834 million yuan per acre. The land, with the cadastral number GX3-24-22, is located north of Keji Sixth Road and east of Hualong Third Road in the high-tech zone. The plot has a floor area ratio not exceeding 2.5, a building density not exceeding 20%, and a green space ratio not less than 35%. It is required to build approximately 500 square meters of community supporting facilities, 400 square meters of elderly care service facilities, 1000 square meters of community service stations, 1200 square meters of cultural activity stations, and 270 square meters of community health service stations. The management and handover of these facilities will be the responsibility of the housing and construction department of the High-tech Zone.
