Huaro Chemical: Provide a guarantee of no more than 100 million yuan to its wholly-owned subsidiary Huaro International.

On May 19th, Huarong Chemical announced that the company will provide a joint and several guarantee for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengdu Huarong International Trade Co., Ltd., not exceeding 100 million yuan. After this guarantee, the company's guarantee balance for Huarong International will be 350 million yuan, with an available guarantee amount of 1.05 billion yuan.
