Hong Kong stocks closed with the Hang Seng Index falling by 0.05% and the Hang Seng Tech Index dropping by 0.50%. The Hong Kong tech ETF closed down by 0.20%, while the Hang Seng Hong Kong stock connect ETF closed up by 0.08%. Huahong Semiconductor and Midea Group rose by around 3%, while Yuewen Group fell by over 7% and NIO and Alibaba dropped by over 3%.
