CITIC Guoan lifts pledge on 130 million shares of CITIC Securities.

China CITIC Bank Niyar announced that its controlling shareholder, CITIC Guoan Industrial Group Co., Ltd., has released a pledge of 130 million shares, representing 25.75% of its holdings and 11.57% of the company's total share capital. After this release, CITIC Guoan has pledged a total of 333 million shares, accounting for 65.93% of its holdings and 29.62% of the company's total share capital.
