According to the financial news app, Hong Kong-based comprehensive investor relations service provider, Thrive Capital Group (EFTY.US), submitted an IPO application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Thursday. The company plans to raise up to $7 million through an initial public offering.
