According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhonglv Electric Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes: research and development of emerging energy technology; research and development of carbon reduction, carbon conversion, carbon capture, and carbon storage technologies; operational efficiency assessment services, etc. Equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhonglv Electric.
