In this round, the markup of existing home loan interest rates that meet the conditions on the basis of the loan market quoted interest rate will be adjusted to a decrease of "30 basis points", with the average existing home loan interest rate expected to decrease by around 0.5 percentage points. Overall, this will save borrowers 150 billion yuan in interest expenses, benefiting 50 million households and 150 million people.
