Hong Kong's new stock fundraising amount has exceeded 60 billion this year, currently ranking first in the world.
The Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Paul Chan Mo-po, said on the 18th that since the beginning of this year, the Hong Kong stock market has been performing well, and the new stock market is also very active. On Tuesday, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will welcome a leading mainland new energy company to be listed, marking the largest new stock fundraising activity in the world so far this year. This has pushed the cumulative amount of funds raised by new stocks in Hong Kong this year to over HK$60 billion, more than 6 times higher than the same period last year, making Hong Kong temporarily the largest new stock fundraising market in the world.
