The 27th Cross-Strait Economic and Trade Fair kicks off in Fuzhou.

On May 18th, the 27th Cross-Strait Fair for Trade and Economic Exchange was held at the Strait Expo Center in Fuzhou, Fujian, marking the opening ceremony and the 2025 Cross-Strait Chamber of Commerce Cooperation Development Conference. This fair is organized by the People's Government of Fujian Province, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, the People's Government of Fuzhou City, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the People's Government of Fujian Province, and the Department of Commerce of Fujian Province. With the theme of "Deepening Cross-Strait Integration and Building the First Homeland", the conference adopted a "4+2+N" model, meticulously planned four main activities, two supporting theme promotion platforms, and a series of high-level cross-strait economic and trade exchange activities and industrial cooperation promotion platforms. It aims to construct a comprehensive, wide-ranging, and multi-level open cooperation platform to promote Fujian-Taiwan cooperation to a broader and deeper level.
