According to a recent survey report released by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Chinese children have insufficient intake of soybeans. Many parents believe that consuming too much soybeans can lead to early puberty and therefore reduce their children's soybean intake. Is this belief scientific? Soybeans and their products not only provide high-quality protein, but also contain rich dietary fiber, B vitamins, vitamin E, various minerals and other nutrients. Regular consumption of soybeans and their products is beneficial for the growth and development of children. The Chinese residents' dietary guidelines suggest that children and adolescents in the growth and development stage need sufficient protein to support muscle and bone development.
