CATL: The company's first solid-state battery pilot production line has been completed, and related products have started vehicle loading tests.

On May 17th, Guoxuan High-tech announced at the Company's 2025 Global Technology Conference that its first pilot line of all-solid-state batteries has been completed, with a design capacity of 0.2GWh. The company has achieved 100% independent development of the production line, with the domestication rate of core equipment reaching 100%. Currently, the company is continuously optimizing equipment processes and has fully started the design work for the first generation 2GWh all-solid-state battery production line. According to relevant personnel, the energy density of the solid-state battery pilot sample cell is 350Wh/kg, with a single cell capacity of 70Ah. The system energy density can reach 280Wh/kg, helping new energy vehicles achieve a range of thousands of kilometers. Currently, the aforementioned all-solid-state battery has begun vehicle testing.
