The Shanghai Municipal Administration of Communications has officially released the "Guiding Opinions on the High-quality Development of Basic Telecommunications Enterprises in the City", in order to further improve the top-level design of high-quality development of the information and communication industry in Shanghai. By adhering to one work goal, cultivating six important capabilities, and implementing 20 key measures, efforts will be made to build a "1+6+20" high-quality development work system for Shanghai's basic telecommunications enterprises. This will lead companies to actively respond to and implement the 20 key measures for high-quality development, striving to contribute the "Shanghai Plan" to consolidate and enhance the competitive advantage and leading position of the information and communication industry.
