Wanlin Logistics announces that the company plans to terminate the integrated service platform for timber supply chain management, logistics network engineering, and the timber processing and distribution center project in theNKOK Development Zone in Gabon. The remaining raised funds of 506 million yuan will be used to permanently supplement working capital to meet the company's daily operational funding needs. This decision was approved by the board of directors and the supervisory board on May 15, 2025, and will still need to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting.
