Anjoy Food: The issuance of H shares has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

On the evening of May 16th, Anyi Foods announced that the company recently received a "Notice of Approval for Overseas Issuance and Listing of Anyi Foods Group Co., Ltd." issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company plans to issue no more than 59.5214 million overseas listed common shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
