Sunshine Insurance announced on May 16 that, following the approval of the board of directors on May 16, its subsidiary Sunshine Asset Management plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary as the fund manager and to initiate the establishment of the Sunshine and Yuan private equity fund. The announcement stated that the company's subsidiary Sunshine Life plans to invest 20 billion yuan in the pilot fund units, accounting for 100% of its total issuance, with funds to be paid in installments according to relevant fund legal documents.
