On the 16th, the Jiangsu Provincial Peoples Government held a press conference to interpret the "Action Plan for Optimizing the Business Environment in Jiangsu Province". The "Action Plan" proposes 35 key tasks and 85 action points to further improve the business environment in terms of factor services, policy guarantees, and government services.
