Translated to Informed by the Wise Finance and Economics APP, Shen Nan Electric A (000037.SZ) issued an announcement stating that in order to enhance the company's power engineering construction capabilities and increase its overall competitiveness in the new energy market, the company or its controlling subsidiary intends to acquire 75% equity of Sichuan Ruinan Power Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Ruinan") from Shenzhen Kelu Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.
