Kyushu TONG Announcement: Kyushu TONG Technology Incubator Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kyushu TONG, and Beijing Chuchang Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. jointly invested to establish Beijing Zhihui Kyushu Venture Investment Partnership Enterprise, with a total subscribed capital of 25 million RMB. Kyushu TONG Incubator, as a limited partner, subscribed 22.99 million RMB, accounting for 91.96%; Chuchang Private Equity Fund, as a general partner, subscribed 1 million RMB, accounting for no more than 1%; Xie Jiafang, as a limited partner, subscribed 2 million RMB, accounting for 8%. The partnership will invest in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical beauty, and anti-aging, aiming to promote the development of the company's industrial incubators and expand the company's strategic layout in the pharmaceutical and health technology sectors.
