Guanghui Energy: Guanghui Group to reduce its stake in the company by 15.03%

Guanghui Energy Announcement: Guanghui Group transferred a total of 9.76 billion shares of Guanghui Energy without restrictions on transfer conditions to Fude Life Insurance and Fude Financial Holdings through agreement transfer, including 6.39 billion shares and 3.38 billion shares respectively. This represents 15.03% of the total share capital of Guanghui Energy. After this equity change, Guanghui Group holds 13.03 billion shares of Guanghui Energy without restrictions on transfer conditions, accounting for 20.06% of the total share capital of Guanghui Energy. This equity change will not lead to changes in the controlling shareholder or actual controller of Guanghui Energy.
