Wisdom Financial News APP reports that Kerry Properties (00683.HK) announced that on May 16, 2025, Kerry Shenyang (lender, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a cash advance agreement with Tianjin Kerry (borrower, a joint venture established for the Tianjin project). Kerry Shenyang agreed to provide a loan to Tianjin Kerry with a maximum amount of RMB 250 million (approximately HK$271 million) for a period of two years.
