Zhonghang Gaoke: Jiang Bo Resigns as Chairman, Wang Jian Resigns as General Manager

On May 16th, Zhonghang Gaoke announced that the company's board of directors received written resignation reports from Chairman Jiang Bo, Director Cao Zhenghua, General Manager Wang Jian, and Deputy General Manager Mao Jirun on May 16th, 2025. Jiang Bo applied to resign from the positions of Chairman and Director of the company due to job changes, and will not hold any position in the company after his resignation. Cao Zhenghua applied to resign from the positions of Director of the company due to retirement age, and will not hold any position in the company after his resignation. Wang Jian applied to resign from the position of General Manager of the company due to job adjustments, and will continue to hold other current positions. Mao Jirun applied to resign from the position of Deputy General Manager of the company due to job adjustments, and will still work in the company after her resignation, with other appointments. The above resignation matters will take effect when the resignation reports are delivered to the board of directors.
