News from the Sina Finance APP, Yunda Shares (002120.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Shanghai Luoji Investment Management Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Shanghai Luoji"), has obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" from the Shanghai-Changjiang Delta Integrated Demonstration Zone Branch of Bank of China Limited, promising to provide loan support for Shanghai Luoji's increase in the company's shares. The loan amount will not exceed 180 million yuan (including); the loan term will not exceed 3 years; and the loan-to-value ratio will not exceed 90%.
