Bribe of more than 129 million yuan, former deputy governor of Heilongjiang Province Wang Yixin was sentenced to life imprisonment.

On May 16, 2025, the Intermediate People's Court of Heze City, Shandong Province, publicly sentenced Wang Yixin, former member of the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee, former deputy secretary of the provincial government party group, and former deputy governor, for bribery. The defendant Wang Yixin was sentenced to life imprisonment for accepting bribes, deprived of political rights for life, and had all personal property confiscated; the ill-gotten gains and interest obtained by Wang Yixin in the case were to be turned over to the national treasury according to law, with any shortfall to be further recovered.
