In April, the volume of second-hand residential transactions in Guangzhou increased by 15.9% compared to the previous month.
According to data from the Zhongzi Research Institute, in April, there were 10,195 second-hand residential properties sold in Guangzhou, an increase of 15.9% compared to the previous month and 22.3% compared to the same period last year. From January to April, there was a cumulative year-on-year increase of 24.4%. In terms of prices, despite the background of new regulations squeezing products and a continuous increase in listings, the prices of second-hand houses in Guangzhou still face downward pressure. In April, the prices of second-hand residential properties in Guangzhou decreased by 0.49% month-on-month and 5.61% year-on-year, but the decline in both month-on-month and year-on-year prices narrowed slightly.
