To strengthen the anti-monopoly law enforcement work to prevent the abuse of administrative power to exclude or restrict competition, and to promote timely and effective resolution of illegal interventions in market competition issues, and to maintain a fair competitive market order, the State Administration for Market Regulation has revised the "Regulations on Prohibiting the Abuse of Administrative Power to Exclude or Restrict Competition" and formed the "Regulations on Prohibiting the Abuse of Administrative Power to Exclude or Restrict Competition", and is now seeking public opinions on it.
