According to the QiChaCha app, recently, the Era QiJi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Yongxin as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: research and development of emerging energy technologies; sales of new energy vehicle battery swapping facilities; research and development of online energy metering technologies. The equity penetration display of QiChaCha shows that the company is wholly owned by Era QiJi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CATL.
