According to the Zhidao Finance and Economics APP, data from the Macau Census and Statistics Bureau shows that a total of 1,348 building units and parking spaces completed the stamp duty payment process in the first quarter of this year, with a total value of 5.33 billion yuan, a decrease of 1.5% and 28.4% respectively compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. The average price per square meter of residential units (71,859 yuan) recorded a quarterly decline of 5.5%; a total of 212 residential units obtained the usage permit within the quarter.
