Zhitong Finance APP News, Chow Tai Fook (00659.HK) issued an announcement that the company received written approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on January 14, 2025 (Reference number: CSRC Permit [2025] No. 84) for the registration of Panda Bonds. The company is allowed to issue Panda Bonds in multiple batches within 24 months from the approval date. After issuance, the Panda Bonds will be listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company plans to publicly issue the first phase of Panda Bonds (High Growth Industry Bonds) with a size not exceeding RMB 800 million to professional investors.
