CSRC: Coordinate well with the reform of the independent director system and adjustments related to the revision of the "Company Law"

The China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Regulations on the Supervision of Funds Raised by Listed Companies". It is necessary to properly coordinate with the reform of the independent director system and the revision of the "Company Law". Due to the cancellation of the requirement for independent directors to express opinions on fundraising matters in the previous reform of the independent director system, this revision also removed the relevant requirements for independent directors. At the same time, in accordance with the spirit of the revision of the "Company Law", the expression "shareholders' meeting" has been adjusted to "shareholders' assembly".
