Hainan Haiyao Announcement: The company has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Malaysian Ai Kang International Group. The agreement includes agency cooperation, with Hainan Haiyao as the exclusive agent for Ai Kang Group's health products in mainland China; market development, to promote Hainan Haiyao's traditional Chinese medicine products in the Malaysian market; brand building and market promotion, to enhance the brand influence of both parties' products; and establish a cooperation mechanism, including meeting mechanisms and joint working groups. This agreement will take effect from the date of signing and stamping, with a validity period of five years.
