Hangzhou Shouxian Valley Health Pharmacy Chain Co., Ltd. has completed the relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures. The equity acquisition has been completed, and Zhejiang Shouxian Valley Pharmacy now holds 100% of the shares of Hangzhou Shouxian Valley Pharmacy. Hangzhou Shouxian Valley Pharmacy has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and is included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
