Foreign companies have filed a 337 investigation application against boiler protection products, components, and downstream products specifically for absorption refrigeration systems.

On May 14, Paul N Unmack DBA ARPC LLC of the United States filed an application with the United States International Trade Commission under Section 337 of the American Tariff Act of 1930, alleging that certain boiler protection products and their components and downstream products used for absorption refrigeration systems exported from the US, imported into the US, and sold in the US violated Section 337 of the United States.
