The China-Latin America Internet Development and Cooperation Forum opened in Xi'an.
On the morning of May 15th, the China-Latin America Internet Development and Cooperation Forum opened in Xi'an. The forum was co-hosted by the Cyberspace Administration of China and the People's Government of Shaanxi Province, with the theme of "Sharing New Opportunities for Digital Development, Building a Shared Future for the Cyber Space of China and Latin America". Representatives from government departments of China, Latin America and the Caribbean countries, diplomatic envoys to China, international organizations, internet companies, think tanks, media, and institutions attended the forum to discuss cooperation in the internet field. The event featured three sub-forums on "Sharing Opportunities for Digital Economic Development", "Jointly Safeguarding Cyber Space Security", and "Collaboration on the Development and Governance of Artificial Intelligence", as well as a concurrent cyber security training workshop.
