Lanzhou: By 2024, there will be 58,000 Lanzhou beef noodle restaurants nationwide with total sales of over 60 billion yuan in the entire industry chain.

On May 15th, Lanzhou announced on its official WeChat account that since 2024, the city has been working tirelessly to promote the high-quality development of the entire industry chain of Lanzhou beef noodle soup. By the end of 2024, there were 8,679 new beef noodle soup restaurants in China and abroad, with a total of over 58,000 Lanzhou beef noodle soup restaurants nationwide and 696 in more than 60 countries and regions. The number of pre-packaged companies increased by 13 to reach 39, and the total sales revenue of the entire industry chain exceeded 60 billion RMB. From January to April this year, there were 1,092 new beef noodle soup restaurants opened domestically and overseas, achieving a revenue of approximately 16.5 billion RMB. The number of new pre-packaged companies in the entire industry chain increased by 9 to reach 66, with a total output value of approximately 1.5 billion RMB, driving the total revenue of the entire industry chain to approximately 5 billion RMB.
