After mutual reduction of tariffs, the volume of container transportation bookings from China to the United States has soared by nearly 300%.

Journalists learned on the 14th local time that data released by trade tracking agency Vizion showed that after the United States and China lowered tariffs on each other, the volume of container shipping orders from China to the United States placed in the United States soared by nearly 300%. Ben Tracy, Vice President of Strategic Business Development at Vizion, said that as of May 5, the seven-day average booking volume was 5,709 standard containers, while as of May 14, the seven-day average booking volume had soared by 277% to 21,530 standard containers.
