South Korean Lotte seeks to sell its logistics center to raise funds.

South Korea's Maeil Business Newspaper quoted an unnamed investment bank source as saying that Lotte Property Development Company has issued a request for proposal to real estate consulting firms and accounting companies to select sales underwriters for its logistics center in South Korea. Lotte Group plans to raise around 200 billion Korean won by selling the logistics center on the outskirts of Seoul in Gyeonggi Province.
