The meeting introduced the formulation of measures to promote high-quality development of the private economy in Yangpu District. Yangpu has launched five major actions, including optimizing the development environment for private economy, empowering private enterprises, supporting the growth of private enterprises through innovation, safeguarding the legal rights of private enterprises, and upgrading the protection of private economy development, consisting of a total of 20 measures, to create a new highland for serving the high-quality development of private economy.
