("Sanan Group") holds 21.4632 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.9691% of the total share capital of the company (excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special account). Sanan Group plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 10.7871 million shares through centralized bidding and/or block trading, accounting for 3% of the total share capital of the company (excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special account).
