Huat Gas announced that shareholders Xiamen Huahong Duofu Investment Partnership Enterprise, Xiamen Huahe Duofu Investment Partnership Enterprise, and Xiamen Huajin Duofu Investment Partnership Enterprise plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through block trading from June 9, 2025 to September 8, 2025, with a total reduction of no more than 2.4 million shares, accounting for no more than 2% of the company's total share capital.
