Ruenfeng announced that its controlling shareholder, Runyuan Investment, pledged 2.06 million shares, accounting for 1.79% of its holdings and 0.73% of the company's total share capital. The pledge commenced on May 13, 2025, with Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd. as the pledgee, and the purpose of the pledge is to supplement working capital. Runyuan Investment holds 115 million shares of the company, representing a 40.93% stake. After this pledge, the total number of pledged shares is 41.818 million, accounting for 36.39% of its holdings and 14.89% of the company's total share capital.
