China Citic Group: Citic Bank reduces its holdings to below 5%

Announcement from XinZhi Group, China CITIC Bank has indirectly held 104 million unrestricted shares of XinZhi Group through a trust plan, accounting for 25.53% of the total share capital. All shares have been divested, reducing the shareholding ratio to below 5%.
