The China Fortune Financial APP news reported that Shenwan Hongyuan (06806) announced that on May 13, 2025, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. completed the issuance of technology innovation corporate bonds (first tranche) for professional investors in 2025. The issuance size of this tranche of bonds is RMB 1 billion, with a term of 3 years and a coupon rate of 1.69%. After the registration of this tranche of bonds is completed, it is planned to be listed and traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
