China Eastern Airlines announcement, shareholder Junyao Group has completed its reduction plan. From February 14, 2025 to May 13, the group reduced its holdings through centralized bidding by a total of 28.6783 million shares, accounting for 0.13% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price range was 3.7 to 3.87 yuan/share, with a total reduction amount of 108 million yuan. After the reduction, Junyao Group no longer holds any shares in the company.
