Shenzhen plans to auction off three residential plots of land, with a total land area of 6.77 hectares.

On May 13th, the Shenzhen Urban Planning and Natural Resources Bureau released a public announcement listing 3 residential land projects that are planned to be put up for sale. The land parcels listed in the announcement will have their bidding notices published between May 13th, 2025 and August 13th, 2025. The list of residential land projects to be put up for sale shows that the 3 parcels of land are located in Longhua District and Guangming District, with a total land area of 6.77 hectares.
