Tengyuan Cobalt Industry: Elected Luo Jie as the chairman of the fourth board of directors of the company.

Tengyuan Cobalt Industry announced on May 14th that the board of directors agreed to elect Luo Jie as the chairman of the fourth board of directors, elect Wu Yanghong as the vice chairman of the fourth board of directors, appoint Lin Ling as the general manager of the company, appoint Xu Liang, Luo Shulan, Lou Jiangpeng, and Hu Dang as vice general managers of the company, appoint Hu Changchao as the secretary of the board of directors, appoint Chen Wenwei as the chief financial officer of the company. Their terms will be effective from the date of approval by the board of directors until the end of the fourth board of directors.
