Sichuan Investment Energy announced that the company plans to increase its capital in the Yalong River Basin Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. by 1.632 billion yuan according to its shareholding proportion. Yalong River Company is a subsidiary jointly invested by Sichuan Investment Energy and China Investment Electric Power Co., Ltd. This capital increase constitutes a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. After the capital increase is completed, the company's equity interest in Yalong River Company will remain unchanged. The capital increase will help accelerate the construction of the integrated water and wind power base in the Yalong River Basin, ensure the funding needs for the base construction, reduce project construction costs, and improve the performance during the project operation period. This transaction does not require approval at a shareholders' meeting.
