Seven departments: Formulate opinions to promote the high-quality development of science and technology insurance.

The Ministry of Science and Technology, the People's Bank of China, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other seven departments have issued the "Several Policy Measures to Accelerate the Construction of the Sci-Tech Financial System to Strongly Support High-level Technology Self-reliance", proposing to promote innovation in sci-tech insurance products and services. They will formulate opinions to promote the high-quality development of sci-tech insurance, establish a coordination mechanism for the development of sci-tech insurance, optimize support policies, and accelerate the formation of policy support methods for key areas, key links, and key regions. They will improve the insurance products and services system covering the entire life cycle of sci-tech enterprises, perfect the mechanism for product and service innovation, and regulatory incentives and guarantee policies. They will explore the co-insurance model to provide risk protection for key areas of sci-tech insurance, and conduct pilot projects for risk diversification in major technological breakthroughs, trials, and network security. They will encourage insurance funds to participate in the implementation of national major sci-tech tasks.
