China Automotive Corporation (CAF) Announcement: The company has received a notice from its shareholder, Jiangsu Yueda Group Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, that Yueda Group has partially released the pledged shares of the company. The amount of pledged shares released this time is 100 million shares, accounting for 25.85% of its holdings and 7.56% of the total share capital of the company. The pledging start date is March 15, 2024, and the release date is May 13, 2025, with Guangda Xinglong Trust Co., Ltd. as the pledgee. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Yueda Group holds 387 million shares, accounting for 29.25% of the total holdings.
