Yutong Bus has established a new company including battery rental services.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Chengzhou Yuchu Shunjie Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. was established. The legal representative is Li Jie, with a registered capital of 2 million RMB. The business scope includes: motor vehicle appraisal and evaluation; battery rental; recycling and cascade utilization of waste power batteries for new energy vehicles. According to equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Yutong Bus Co., Ltd.
