The legal representative of both companies is Wang Hao, with a registered capital of 1 million yuan each. Their business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, power generation technical services, sales of photovoltaic equipment and components, research and development of new material technologies, etc. The equity penetration of Qi Cha Cha shows that both companies are indirectly wholly owned by Sentai Group.
